It is a frayed jean mini skirt (Topshop) a striped cowl neck tshirt, worn off one shoulder (Newlook) a blue belt, and navy tights. This outfit got me two head turns and an introduction(In Spanish) at the supermarket. I didn't even undo my coat, so you couldn't even see the top. Maybe this skirt should be retired.
